Sunday, April 30th: One Combined Worship @10am
Then join us on May 6th as we resume our regular worship schedule:
Sundays at 9:30 and 11:00
Our 9:30 am service (known as “Legacy”), is our more traditional blended service. We worship through hymns and songs, liturgy, prayers, and a message. Generally, it’s a more traditional approach to worship, but there are also a few modern elements to keep it vital.
Our 11:00 am service (known as “Connections”), is our modern service. We are led in worship by our worship band: drums, bass guitar, and more. The music is more like what you’d hear on the radio (Hillsong and Passion -type music). Our worship style is more experiential and casual.
It doesn’t have pews or stained glass, but it’s still holy ground. Throughout the Scriptures, God meets his people in the most likely and unlikely of places: temples and lion’s dens, wildernesses and crowds, and in lives and hearts. We believe that wherever two or more are gathered in Jesus’ name he is there too, and that makes our sanctuary.
“Sanctuary is a word which here means a small safe place in a troubling world. Like an oasis in a vast desert, or an island in a stormy sea.”
